All Watashi Made pieces are handcrafted with care. Please allow time for production before shipping.

Delivery Time (Outside Abuja): 2–5 business days after production is completed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation update.

We appreciate your patience as each piece is made with intention and attention to detail.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

We encourage you to take your time when selecting, ensuring it’s the perfect fit for you before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously, but if your item arrives with a fault or does not meet reasonable expectations, please contact us.

Depending on the issue, we will arrange one of the following:

Repair
Replacement
